What is not allowed

• Unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activity.
• Sabotage, service disruption, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Reselling or unlawfully transferring user data to third parties.
• Using the service to extract/replicate/clone the product in violation of law or these Terms.

User judgment required

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

Rate limits and abuse controls

We may throttle, rate-limit, suspend, or restrict usage to prevent abuse and protect service availability.

Data handling reference

Your use of Write-up.dev is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Ownership boundaries

Write-up.dev software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except for normal service use.

Availability and updates

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, policies, or terms at any time, with or without prior notice, including during beta/testing phases. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes that materially affect users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Write-up.dev and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use, interruptions, policy/feature changes, or reliance on outputs.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by Write-up.dev, unless otherwise required by law.
